Nutrition for Pregnancy and Postpartum
The perinatal period is a transitional period where moms need a lot of care and support. It is a period of higher nutrient needs and growth, and we are here to help moms navigate how to fuel their bodies, move, rest, and think about this transition to momhood (or a busier, more love-filled momhood!),

We've worked with moms who are interested in preventing or managing gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and disordered eating habits through a focus on meal planning, movement, optimizing self-care, and treatment for any cognitive restriction or behaviors.

Moms deserve extra care and support, and we are here for it.
