Insurance Codes and Reimbursement
We are an out of network provider but do provide Superbills. Superbills are generated after each Medical Nutrition Therapy session. They have insurance codes listed, and they can be submitted to insurance for potential reimbursement. You can check with your insurance company if you live in the states listed above, and ask if they cover for these codes:

Reimbursement for Medical Nutrition Therapy
We provide Intuitive Eating coaching worldwide, but due to licensure, we can only provide insurance superbills for clients in these states:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
Individual Session Rates
Bodacious Nutrition offers inclusive pricing to help clients afford quality care. See Application page to choose the pricing that fits your level of privilege. Payment is made via our electronic health system after each session.
Initial 60-minute sessions range from:
$165 to $200
Follow-up 45-minute sessions range from: $145-$185

Bodacious Nutrition offers nutrition packages at a discounted rate. Most clients do at least 8 sessions when they begin working with Joanna, so she is offering packages to be paid upfront for a lower rate. Sessions do not expire, but there is no refund. You are responsible for using your sessions.
