About the groups

Bodacious Nutrition's online Intuitive Eating support groups seek to normalize imperfection and self-appreciation while healing the food and body relationships. They also work to help participants achieve more vibrant energy and hormonal balance with a plant-forward meal planning focus that is supportive of sustainability and health goals.

You do not have to be plant-based to participate, but you will learn how to include more plants in your life! Groups are kept small to foster openness, vulnerability, comradery, and healing.
