Virtual Intuitive Eating Women’s Health Groups are 6-month, value-driven experiences of connection, learning, and healing guided by Joanna.

What are Groups?

The groups seek to normalize imperfection and self-appreciation, grow within the Intuitive Eating framework, optimize body image healing, as well as teach women’s health topics based on group life stage or condition-related concerns. Groups are kept small to foster openness and healing.

Each Support Group Consists Of:

12 virtual video sessions over 6 months so is live, biweekly commitment

Inclusive Protocol
Custom Cirriculum
ACT & BCT Approach

An evidence-based, weight-inclusive protocol in a brave space that asks group members to fully engage with one another and their own emotions, history, habits, and coping mechanisms 

Six women with similar life-stage or condition concerns

Group curriculum offers nutrition and lifestyle recs tailored to each type of group

An Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-based approach facilitated by Joanna that values mindfulness and awareness

What to Expect

60-minute group video-based sessions on EST time. Sessions will be either in the early morning (8 am) or lunch time (around noon) depending on preference of each group. 

Unlimited email chat access to Joanna to support any in-between session questions or concerns.

Evidence-based Guidance + Education sheets for intuitive eating, movement, coping mechanisms, stress management, gentle nutrition, and lifestage or condition-related concerns

Meal timing, planning, and recipe ideas and support within Intuitive Eating framework

The Intuitive Eating book by Evelyn Tribole MS RDN CEDRD-S and Elyse Resch MS RDN CEDRD-S, FAND mailed directly to you!

Pre- and post-session women’s health + hormone, stress, body image,  functional medicine, and intuitive eating assessments to monitor progress and identify any physical, psychological, or emotional food and body concerns to focus on in sessions.

In-between session “Intention” assignments and “Pensive Prompts” to support transformation and foster a greater connection with our body and intuition as well as challenge unhelpful thinking and behaviors 

Opportunity to expand definition of health and beauty in supportive, brave and open space!


The cost of the group is $1997 per the 6-month period, and there is an option to pay by session which is a cost of $166.42 per session.
