Through one-on-one virtual, personalized sessions, we work together to reconnect you with your inner wisdom and find peace with food. Collaboratively, we help you find a sustainable, enjoyable eating plan that nourishes and revitalizes, is evidence-based, and flexible.
$200 for Initial Assessment (60 minutes)
$185 for Follow-up Sessions (45 minutes)
All sessions include unlimited support via email in between sessions.
Superbill receipts will be provided following sessions for nutrition therapy and can be submitted to insurance for potential reimbursement.
***Sliding scale services are offered for a percentage of the practice. Please contact Joanna if you are interested in the possibility of sliding scale services.
Working together through video chat and online services we will:

Find freedom from weight cycling and body woes
Examine your food relationship and make peace with food
Expand your self-permission around food and find the joy in eating again
Learn what feels good in your body and what is satisfying to you
Rediscover innate trust with your body cues
Find a pattern of enjoyable movement
Cultivate self-compassion and expand your definition of “healthy”
Increase body appreciation and acceptance
Regain your menstrual cycle through adequate nourishment
Find a long term, sustainable plan for intuitive self-care
End emotional, stress, or binge eating by identifying vulnerabilities and increasing resilience
Normalize blood sugar and lab work
All sessions are scheduled directly with Joanna. To begin working together:
1. Schedule a Discovery call.
2. Initial paperwork will be sent over and initial 60-minute session scheduled.
3. Follow- up sessions are scheduled as-needed and as treatment progresses. No advanced payment necessary. There are no reimbursements following treatment session.
4. All sessions take place over video using the Simple Practice platform. A video link is sent a day or two prior to each session.
